I work on the parts of growth that do not belong to any one team.
Digital marketing, partner programs, and the handoff into sales. This is where I write about all three, publicly, in my own words.
I am Director of Partnerships at NP Digital, where I build and run partner and referral programs across a large client portfolio.
Before that I ran an agency under this name, and before that I was writing for IncomeDiary about traffic, conversion, and what actually makes a business online work. The domain has been sitting here since 2017 waiting for a second act. This is it.
Most of what I know came from the ugly middle of things.
Programs that looked perfect on a slide and produced nothing. Channels that got cut because the reporting could not see them. Partnerships signed with a handshake and a lot of enthusiasm that never sold a single thing, because nobody asked the partner what would make them look good to their own client.
That is the material. Not the wins. The parts in between.
What I write about
- Partnerships. Program design, commission models, enablement, attribution. The least documented discipline in revenue and the one I get asked about most.
- Digital marketing. AI visibility, entity and structured data, channel mix, and the difference between a program that is underfunded and one that is simply unmeasured. They look identical on a dashboard. They are completely different problems.
- Sales. The seams. Routing, speed to lead, qualification, and the handoffs where revenue disappears without anyone noticing.
How I write
Specifics over frameworks. Numbers where I have them, an admission where I do not.
I try to include the thing that did not work, because that is usually the part worth reading and the part everybody else leaves out.
Everything published here is mine. It does not represent my employer, my colleagues, or any client. No client work, client data, or confidential material appears on this site in any form. See the disclosure page for the long version.

One useful thing a week, from inside the work.
A short read every Sunday on digital marketing, partner programs, and the seams between them. Written for people who have to make the number, not for people collecting frameworks.
